Barbara Moe MPT
Barb is the co-owner and managing physical therapist for Revita Rehab North. She has 12 years of outpatient physical therapy experience here in the Spokane area. As an outpatient specialist, it becomes apparent that back injuries can become a chronic debilitating nightmare for your patient. Revita’s PneuBack program allows patients a return of hope for restoration of function. That is why Barb has decided to focus her career energies in this new innovative arena. She has completed her Certification in the PneuBack Program and is excited to be able to offer this program to provide hope for the people with chronic back injuries in our community.
Revita North is uniquely positioned as a back clinic inside an active physical therapy outpatient orthopedic clinic, North Spokane Physical and Sports Therapy (NSPST). Barb has been the Director of Aquatic at NSPST for the past 7 years. In addition to her orthopedics and aquatic specialties, Barb has specialized in lymphedema therapy and women’s health. Barb has a strong sports background which transitions into a highly effective sports therapist.
Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Barb served in the USAF as an executive officer, a Section Commander and a leadership instructor. She has her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. In addition, she received her bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and an addition Master’s degree in College Teaching Instruction from Eastern Washington University.
Barb’s other life revolves around volleyball. Volleyball has taught me to play as a team. Therefore her therapy approach is also teamwork. Barb believes that teamwork allows the client and therapist to develop a plan for team success and that is a WIN for everyone.
